Chris helped me replace the keys on my new office. He was great. Timely, friendly, and clearly extremely knowledgeable about his field of work. He very helpfully walked me through the various upgrades I could make to security of my office. If I ever have any lock-related needs in the future, I will definitely be reaching back out to him.
